Youth and Adult Sunday School begin in September. There are three quarters, Fall, Winter, and Spring. There is no Sunday School over the summer months. All Sunday school classes meet in the old white school house next to the community center.
Past studies: Paul Kindstedt lead a study on Thinking Like a Christian. Ed Chase led a study on When God Weeps, by Joni Eareckson. Jody VanHorn taught a "Basic Christianity" Course using J.I.Packer's book, Knowing God as the basis for the course. Ed Chase lead a study of the book of Hebrews. Eric Taylor used a course of study he composed that taught us how to study the Bible. Adult Sunday school meets in the large room next to the church office.
Each year, all youth curriculum, with the exception of the high-school class, is from Great Commission Publications. This program takes the students through the entire Bible in 2-3 years. The classes are designed to give the youth a strong Gospel message. For more information, or to be involved in teaching or helping out, please contact Joanne Kilburn about the youth Sunday School classes, or Ed Chase regarding the Adult classes.
